Today was the first day of school... for Danny. It is the first time, in a very long time that I haven't been a student at Utah State, and its honestly a little sad as pathetic as that sounds. To cope with the sadness that i was feeling i decided to whip up a batch of the world's best buttermilk pancakes! As luck would have it I found a delicious syrup recipe that made them ten times better and i happened to have a strawberry sauce that I had made for a cheesecake a few days before. All together these components created the best "first day of school" breakfast. It was nice to surprise Danny at work with my breakfast creation.
